Spark your kids’ creative genius with these 3 Spring Classes!

The Lorain Historical Society invites you to discover figures from Lorain’s history including C. Paul Stocker, P. C. Campana, Toni Morrison, Helen Steiner Rice, Lenore Tawney, Stevan Dohonas, Dave Shukait, and William F. Smith. These individuals, among several others, invented, wrote, designed, and created pieces that influence people all over the world today. Within each of these classes, students will learn about the influential people from Lorain’s history and develop their own pieces using arts and technology.

March 16: You Can Write!

April 27: You Can Invent!

May 11: You Can Create!

Classes are especially geared for Kdg. - 3rd grade students, and will be held in the Children’s History Center at the Carnegie Center, located at 329 W. 10th St., Lorain, from 10:30 am - Noon. Classes are $5 each or all three classes for $10.
