Join Linda on this one-hour journey as she helps participants explore the differences between inner chaos, outer chaos and in identifying the key signs that tell us that we are out of balance. You will learn to apply five key things that you can do immediately to restore inner balance. This mindfully paced program allows Linda to guide participants through every day situations (plus the most challenging issues we have been facing lately) that throw curve balls on our game plans and undermine our priorities.
Lastly, Linda will arm attendees with the ten proven ways to sustain and strengthen balance on a daily basis.
