Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity believes that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home. When you partner with us, you don't just build a house. you build a better future with support, resources and opportunities available exclusively to the Habitat community.

Our fully rehabbed and newly constructed homes are sold at no profit with zero percent interest mortgages, with minimal down payments and closing costs. Approved homeowners qualify for a monthly housing payment no more than 30% of their monthly income.

Since our founding in 1987, we have partnered with more than 300 Clevelanders to help them build a better life for themselves and their loved ones. We are now serving Lorain and Cuyahoga County as of 2022.

Visit our ReStore locations in Amherst (Lorain County), Cleveland and North Randall (Cuyahoga County), where you'll find donated overstock and gently-used items like furniture, appliances, home decor and building materials.
